The terms that apply to this website.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using beenwise.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time under section 15, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. Who we are

beenwise.org is operated by Beenwise Solutions. In these terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Beenwise Solutions, and "you" refers to the person using the site.

3. Purpose of this website

This site describes the services we offer and provides a way to get in touch. Everything published here, including articles, service descriptions, and any case studies, is general information. It is not technical, legal, financial, or professional advice for your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as though it were.

Any figures, timelines, or approaches described are illustrative. What is right for a given project is determined case by case, in writing.

4. No client relationship

Reading this site, submitting the enquiry form, booking a consultation, or exchanging email with us does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either side to anything.

A working relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, and fees. Until then, nothing said in an enquiry, a reply, a proposal, or a consultation is a binding commitment, an offer capable of acceptance, or a quotation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• submit anything through the enquiry form that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes anyone's rights;
• send bulk, automated, or unsolicited commercial messages through the enquiry form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure;
• introduce malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or degrade the site;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site for the purpose of republishing it or training a commercial model, without our written permission;
• place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly tohello@beenwise.org rather than disclosing or exploiting it. We will not pursue action against anyone acting in good faith.

6. Enquiries you send us

You are responsible for what you send us. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, or anything else confidential or sensitive in the enquiry form. It is an ordinary email path, not a secure channel. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a suitable method.

You confirm that you are entitled to share whatever you send, and that doing so does not breach a duty of confidence you owe someone else. We treat the substance of your enquiry as confidential and use it only to respond, as described in our privacy notice.

If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion, or proposal, we cannot guarantee it will be treated as confidential, and we are free to develop similar things independently. We make no payment for unsolicited submissions.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design, layout, code, and original illustrations, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back.

You may not reproduce substantial parts of it, republish it as your own, or use it commercially without our written permission. Names, logos, and marks belonging to other organisations, where they appear, remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Ownership of work produced under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

8. Third-party links and services

This site may link to websites and services we do not control, and may rely on third-party providers such as our host, our email provider, and our anti-spam provider. Links are provided because we think the destination is useful, not as an endorsement.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any external site or service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including for maintenance, and without notice.

We may also change the services we offer and how they are described here. Doing so does not affect any agreement already signed.

10. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms, whether implied by statute, common law, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for your own security measures.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Because we provide this site free of charge and it carries information only, any liability we do have in connection with it is limited to the extent the law permits.

Liability arising from paid project work is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement, not here.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of anyone else's rights through material you submit.

13. Privacy

Information you submit through the enquiry form is handled as described in our privacy notice. Items stored on your device are listed in our cookies and local storage notice. Both form part of these terms.

14. Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws that apply to us and to your use of the site. Nothing in them deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. A dispute may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under those laws.

15. General

• Changes. We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check it periodically.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up.
• Entire agreement. These terms, together with the privacy and cookie notices, are the whole agreement between us regarding the website.
• Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
